6 Mi to Legoland: Retreat w/ Pool & Fenced Yard

Wonderful property, we loved the house! Classic mid century modern home with plenty of space and great kitchen over looking the beautiful pool! Close to Peppa Pig World and Legoland. We will definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this phenomenal home. It is in the perfect location with lots of outstanding restaurants close by. Proximity to the lake was amazing as we rented a boat one of the days we were there. Really quiet neighborhood with a wonderful night's sleep.The layout of the home is outstanding and it could not have been more comfortable. The only thing we really missed was cable as we could not watch any of the sports games and I was unable to cast to the TV from my phone as we do not have Roku pins.Pool was gorgeous as was the backyard. My family had the best 4-day vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was wonderful and responded quickly to any problems we had. Thank you thank you!!!

Accurate description, the home has an open plan for the kitchen & den with a separate living room & dining room. It has a connecting covered porch between the house & pool. Nice arrangement & nice pool. Nice appliances & washer & dryer. Driveway parking is limited to 2 vehicles but street parking is described as available. We only Had 2 vehicles. Would recommend. Great floor plan for a family.

Very nice house with a homey atmosphere. The only issue we had was that the pool had some debris in it, but the management company sent out someone to service it right away. They were friendly and responsive, and we had a great stay.

Everything was as stated, personal contact in Management was on top of Everything. Place was spotless and beautiful as advertised!As a couple of Seniors, visiting and even senior relative, we have some suggestions: Entry was by an electronic number pad, which made things easy, except in the dark, it is almost useless. The keypad is not backlit, so you cannot see the numbers. The front door light is not a motion-sensing fixture, so there is ZERO light as you try to enter. Difficult situation for most. Once you enter, there are no light switches located just inside the entryway, one must move into the livingroom to find them. A lamp closest to the front door with a timer that turns on at sunset would help this and also deter anyone casing out the home. Lighting throughout the house was sufficient (could use a freestanding lamp between the family room couches), until one gets to the bedrooms. Overhead lighting was good, but nightstand lamps were absent, and could be very useful. Outdoor furniture was solid and could be made much more comfortable with removable cushioning. Lastly, although this is not required, a drip coffee machine, barely a 20 item, could be available in an empty cabinet for those who like to make a POT of coffee, not one cup at a time. Never experienced this at any other stay, but there wasn't even a single K-cup or tea bag. Again, not an expected amenity, but always delightful to a guest who hasn't gotten to the store yet!

It was a great house for our need .. we visited universal for two days and used the house to relax and swim after our fun filled days!

We had an amazing stay, my kids were in the pool everyday. The home was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen to cook all of our meals. Would absolutely recommend.

This home was nice to come back to and relax after a long work day.

We were in town for a family memorial service and wished that we could have stayed longer, just to enjoy the house! The clean, updated, and spacious living areas, inside and out, were terrific! Everyone had their own place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for a family gathering. We appreciated that so much! We would definitely rent this house again, without question! (One request for the future…a full-length mirror.)
