6 Mi to Las Vegas Strip: Home w/ Pool & Patio!

This review is for the property in Henderson, NV neighborhood since the property originally booked in Paradise, NV was unavailable due to water damage. Sanh contacted us and shared the original property we booked had water damage form flooding and offered us a replacement property in Henderson. Sanh was super responsive, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable in the replacement property in Henderson. The Henderson property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. There is even a beautiful trail nearby if you want to go on a long walk/bike ride. The house was a bit far from shops/restaurants since our family did not have a car, but we were able to take Uber to get around. I would recommend booking with Sanh if you have a group and need a beautiful space!

The host reached out a couple days before our stay and let us know that this property was still being remodeled and was not available. That was disappointing because the house does look very nice, but the house that we were given was also nice (5 bedrooms, 4 baths). It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and the host was easy to work with.

This home is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is within minutes to the nightlife of Vegas if thats what youre looking for. The owner was quick with responses to all inquiries. The home has plenty of space to accommodate I believe 11 guests. The 3 bathrooms help make getting ready very easy! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Las Vegas!

This was a spectacular stay, the host was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. The place was very spacious and cleaned, I love the neighborhood very quiet, the stay was 10 mins from the airport and 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. I highly this stay and I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

This actually wasn't the original house we rented, but the house we rented sustained some water damage in the kitchen and was unavailable. Our owner, Sanh was awesome and relocated us to this house very quickly. His communication was excellent and the house, although a little further from the strip than our original was nice. We were in town for a tradeshow at Mandalay Bay so being close to the strip was important and this worked great for us!

Stay was good a little smaller sitting area than we wanted but all in all it worked out. Some chairs to sit in by the pool would be a good idea to grab. Location was perfect.

We were moved further away from where we initially booked and the venue where we were there to visit. This cost us more money in Uber transportation. The shower in the master bedroom did not have a shower mat and the floor was very slippery almost causing me to slip and fall. The metal handle on the shower fell off in the shower and almost hit my foot. Overall the home was nice and the owner was responsive when we accidentally locked the door to where the towels were stored. I would suggest that the owner locate towels in each bathroom instead of having only one towel in each bathroom.

I AM NOT REVIEWING THIS PROPERTY - which we had originally rented. Because of a burst pipe we were asked to move to another, similar property owned by this Host. Host Sanh was very communicative and easy to reach. He answered all questions in a timely fashion and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our actual rental was also in Henderson and was exactly as listed on VRBO. Extremely clean, updated bathrooms, lots of clean towels and laundry detergent which we appreciated as a family with little ones. We paid to have the pool heated and were glad we did. It was a very comfortable 82 and felt great. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Nothing was walkable but there were coffee shops and CVS and groceries within 5 minutes. We are a group of friends and a baby meeting at Vegas. The owner of the property was extremely respectful, responsive and empathetic to us. The baby feel sick and we couldn’t checkout by 11. Sanh was very accommodating and making sure we were fine. The house was impeccably clean with a great heated pool. We would love to come back soon and make more memories.

Me and my guess really enjoyed our stay. The house clean and equipped to accommodate us. The house location was very convenient for us, it’s located right near the airport a couple miles from the strip, and had lots of restaurants/ stores near. The host was very attentive to us making sure we had the best stay possible. Overall wonderful stay and beautiful house, I HIGHLY recommend this house for future visitors coming to Las Vegas.
