6 Laurel Lane is a stunning 3rd Row Ocean home, sleeping 23 with 6-bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms! Located in South Forest Beach, this home features a private pool and hot tub, beach access, corn hole, bunk bedroom, 2 sleeping quarters and so much more! This home is perfect for large family gatherings as there are 2 wings of bedrooms offering added privacy. The first wing of bedrooms is located just as guests enter the home with 4-bedrooms and the second wing is located to the left of the kitchen with 2-bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is located to the right of the foyer with a king-sized bed, ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower and private access to the front porch seating area. Heading down the hallway, a half bathroom is conveniently located for guests enjoying the entertainment center of the home. Just past the half bathroom, Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, ensuite with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower, and private access to the pool deck. Heading upstairs, bedroom 3 features 2 double-sized beds and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The final wing 1-bedroom features 2 twin over double bunk beds, each with a double-sized trundle. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a soaking tub/shower combo and plenty of space for all guests!

As guests head to the main entertainment center of the home, they are greeted by an open floor plan to the living, dining, and kitchen area! The dining room makes a statement with an expansive table with seating for up to 14 guests! Additional dining seating for 9 is available just steps away at the kitchen island. This gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a view of the pool, a full bar, and a TV! Before heading upstairs to the second wing, guests can relax around 2 seating areas with comfortable couches, an electric fireplace and large smart TV.

Wing 2 is located just off the kitchen and up the stairs, the loft area features a mini bar for guests' convenience. Bedroom 5 offers a king-sized bed, twin sleeper sofa and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Lastly, bedroom 6 features a queen-sized bed, ensuite with a walk-in shower and private balcony overlooking the pool.

As if the inside of this home wasn't enough to entertain guests for days, the backyard makes it even better! The main pool deck features a grilling station, patio, and lounge seating and a private 11x22 ft pool! Just off the main deck, guests can also enjoy the private hot tub or head down to the main level to play corn hole! 6 Laurel Lane offers beach access just off the back of the yard with only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Plus, it is only a 5-minute drive to Coligny Plaza, where guests can find local shops, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as public beach access to Coligny Beach.

    The access to the beach was terrible. Flooded dirty water, mud. The back wood deck also stays flooded. Not worth the money.

    Family vacation with 5 teenagers, house dynamics were perfect. The teenagers had the upstairs and adults downstairs. Kitchen was great for cooking for a bunch of people. The pool was better than expected and the fooseball table and ping pong table kept the kids entertained all night. Only downside was the beach access was flooded, but we were able to still make it work. Best house yet at HHI.

    This is a great property for a family vacation. The proximity to the beach as well as the private pool were hits with our group. The living/family/kitchen space are wonderful and there are ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The game tables in the garage were a pleasant surprise. Access to nearby Hilton Head attractions is easy, but we especially liked the quiet neighborhood feel of this location. We saw 2 opportunities for improvement. First would be the condition of the outdoor grill. It was quite dirty with grease buildup which prevented us from using it. Second would be the bed in the master. The mattress is not great and is so high that a petite person has trouble getting up onto the bed. Aside from those 2 items, we loved our time on Laurel Lane and would highly recommend it to others looking to spend quality time with their family.

    This property was wonderful - plenty of space to accommodate our 12 guests. The house was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen is not very well stocked with serving dishes and large pots and pans. The knives were very dull so if you are cooking, I would bring your own from home. And the can openers provided were not functional so I would bring one of those as well.
