Stayed Mar 29, 2025This is the second time that we booked this property. It is perfect for us (3 adults and an 8 year-old child). We love that it is really close to the beach so it doesn't take long to get there. The house is great, nice layout, very comfortable, well kept, clean. Nice backyard with a pool for relaxing and enjoy and a great screened porch that allowed us to work a few hours from there while our daughter was having fun at the pool.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025Apart from the coldest winter ever we had a good stay. Property was a little smaller than it looked but comfortable. Obviously more of a summer stay as there was no dining table that could accommodate more than 4 people other than the one in the screened in porch. Would recommend that a layer of stone is put at the beginning of the driveway as there are cables sticking out and we caught our feet a couple of times and nearly fell. Also would recommend a gfirst aid kit .Apart from that a good place to stay and would rent it again.

We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Property was as advertised, and we were comfortable as a family of 4 with a dog (there was one extra bed, so we would have been just as comfy with an extra person). Kitchen was neatly furnished, appliances in good condition (including washer/dryer). Backyard with pool is fenced, which is great for the dog. We perused the bicycles that were included; we were offered credit towards beach gear, but did not use it as the beach was so close so we did not stay on the beach too long at a time. In addition to the proximity to the beach, it’s a quick walk to Coligny plaza (ice cream shops, restaurants …) Two things that were not obvious from the listing: (1) the Spanish moss around the property is awesome, you would be literally looking straight up at it if you lied on your back in the pool. (2) the surrounding properties on all three sides have two stories and overlook the pool area, so not for those looking for seclusion/privacy at the pool (that being said, some nearby properties have pools at the front of the property with no fencing, so it is an upgrade from that)
