Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Lime House! Upon arrival we did notice a nasty stain on the sheets in the master bedroom. However, Homeowners Collection was very prompt to send Jessica and Lucy over to change them. Those girls were awesome! Other than that, the cottage was perfect! Very nice set up and accommodations for a wonderful sister trip! And the location was great. Would definitely recommend Lime House for a party of 4 to 5 guests.

We have two young children and this house was great for our needs with the cozy twin beds and the loft upstairs that our three-year-old insisted on having. The house has been well decorated, has a charming updated kitchen, and is outfitted to meet basic needs. We enjoyed the layout of the home and spent many rainy mornings enjoying breakfast in the lovely breakfast nook and lounging on the porch swing. This house just feels like a cozy beach hug that you don’t want to leave. We’ve stayed in Seaside numerous times over the years but this is the closest we’ve ever been to the beach which was very convenient for naptime. It was an easy 3 min bike ride to the beach pavillion!

The house was quaint and my teenagers loved the upper bedroom to hang out in. It was very walkable to town. Everyone was so gracious and responsive. We would stay there again.

My daughter arrived at 3 at the address separate from my wife and I as she was traveling separately . we had been told “ not ready” when asking to check in early if possible) My daughter quite upset stated there were workmen in house installing window units - air conditioner not working ! So we were unable to use the house as expected due to broken central air and workmen in our space . Told be fixed no later than Monday - this turned into Wednesday afternoon ie 5 days of noise window units - not the ambiance we expected or deserved for what we paid, No air conditioning in bathrooms , cardboard and tape to seal around window units came loose hot air blowing in house ruining sleep. Additionally the dishwasher also broken - more repairmen monday and again on Wednesday - we asked to move the day we arrived with being told no other units . Asked to be compensated - and while we did get comped 450$ tThis was based on expecting issues to be resolved in 1 or 2 days at most. If I had guests and this occurred to the degree noted above would make an additional monetary compensation to be fair to us for this most unpleasant vacation experience re our accommodations - my wife notice ants in kitchen around sink and a roach traversed the cupboard where our food was stored that I had to kill! please do the right thing as we have not been compensated for our loss . Your staff tried there best under circumstances , However we have not been made “ whole” - You can reach my wife to resolve this unpleasant stay

Perfect little house and close walk to seaside. Only thing is each room has window units. But not complaining they all worked great and was not loud. Would definitely stay here again.

There was an issue with the a/c before we arrived and individual ac window units had been very haphazardly installed. However, it was cool and there were no additional cooling issues. We were not informed of this issue prior to our arrival

We did not use the loft area bedroom, but there is ample room up there, too. We spent a lot of time on the porch. It is peaceful on a quiet street. We will definitely book again!
