I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 13th trip to Seaside and 4th different house rental. We wont come back to this house. It's cute and mostly clean and perfectly located, but it is in need of a good pest extermination.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! Right next to pool and a quick walk to the beach and main square. The house was great — we loved the screened porch for our littles and sneaking out to the upstairs porch swing during nap time. This house was a perfect fit for our family. Homeowners Collection was also great to work with — very responsive and friendly. We did have a couple of small issues and they were on top of finding a solution quickly.

We could easily walk to the beach, the central square, and WaterColor. The property management folks were friendly and quick to respond.
