    Stayed for a week with adult kids (20’s) and their significant others. House was well maintained with lots of amenities. Pool was super nice! Kitchen is extremely well stocked with lots of space and everything you can think of. Plenty of bathrooms. W/D looks brand new. Management company was excellent and immediately attended to any issues.

    We had 8 family members from 1 1/2 - adult staying. The house was great with a large kitchen table for everyone to gather. The bedroom arrangement also allowed everyone to have their own space to get away.

    This was a very comfortable house. 5 adults 2 teens. Close to beach. Great pool and spa. We had plumbing issues but they came and snaked the drains twice. Bedroom closet to the garage has an comfortable bed but we bought an egg carton. There is a 10 minute drive out is sea pines.

    We have been coming to HHI for many many years. This house was perfect and the mgmt company was great. Pool is amazing. Bedrooms are the right sizes and even better locations in the house. Awesome beach access. Will book this house again next year.

    We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 30 years and this was one of the nicest houses we have rented. The house was immaculate when we arrived and everything worked perfectly which is no always the case. It is only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach which was great for the kids. Communication with The Vacation Company was perfect and they answered every question or concern promptly. I am hoping to rent this house again in 2023
