Description

Details - On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king beds. The is also a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds on the first floor. The second floor has 3 king bedrooms and a shared bath with 2 sitting areas and a balcony overlooking the pool area with small views of the ocean.

The house is a short walk to the beach walk over. It is essentially a half block. You simply walk around a vacant lot next to the house and the walk over is right there. It is easy to spot.It is walkover '95'.

The pool table as shown in the pictures is located in the garage.

This is house is located in what most consider the 'west end'. The are no giant condos nearby, less traffic, and a lot less crowded beach.

For dining there are endless choices in Rosemary. About three blocks away there is a Winn Dixie, a CVS, and a Publix.

Pier Park is about a 10 minute drive.
