.5 miles away from the beach and only an 8 minute walk.

Close to everything we needed and really quiet in relation to location near 17 and Barefoot Landing. The host was very gracious, accommodating and responsive to any requests. Already plan to book the same property next year.

Stayed May 2, 2025We had a golf trip where we needed a lot of beds, and preferred not to split up across multiple condos. This was a great solution with a responsive and thoughtful property manager.The size of the lounge areas, dining areas and kitchen afforded us plenty of room for 14 middle aged guys.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025We are a group of senior ladies. There were many hazardous stairs. After several spills we purchased masking tape to apply to the stair edges. There was no shelving to iput your clothes on and for a house that supposedly sleeps 22 ther were only FOUR clothes hangars.The pool as presented in the main photo on Vrbo was deceptive Not one of my guests was able to use the pool (which played a large role in selecting the property) had no railing and was filthy on arrival. It was vacuumed the next day but the green algae problem was not addressed and gross. Several of these issues could be easily addressed. I feel some sort of rebate regarding the inability to use the pool would be appropriate. I would not recommend this house although the location a short distance from the beach was good

Stayed Jul 24, 2024It was an enjoyable stay for our first trip to Mrytle Beach. The house was clean and easily accommodated 12 people ranging in ages from 14-72. There was enough of everything in the house - AC, hot water, beach towels and chairs, linen, bathrooms, TVs, and space. Some people even used the library and covered patio. The host quickly responded to all our questions. The house is in a great location for food and shopping. It is a short drive to Mrytle Beach. The only surprise to us was the palmetto bugs, which we were told by locals were common pests in South Carolina.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024We had all ages this trip! The house was amazing! Location was great! Only thing I would say is the back deck could use alittle TLC and an extra refrigerator would have been great! Other then that it came with beach chairs, plenty of towels! The pool was aweosme and certainly for night swimming! I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped, fairly clean, and the pool was wonderful. We had a few issues, they exterminate once a month and it was almost that time so there were huge palmetto bugs. The kids had been so excited to stay in the bunk bed room, but it was full of bugs, so they wouldn't go in there. The house was hot, but we were there during extreme heat. Owners were very responsive except for one issue-we had no working oven for our stay. But we were overall very satisfied and had a great trip.
