6 bed Pontoon Boat and jet ski rental, hot tub, pool table, trampoline & more

This is an amazing place to stay. The views are beautiful, the decks, docks, games, hot tub and trampoline kept us all entertained. The house was beautiful and well stocked. Even though it rained, it did not stop us from having a great time with friends and family. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.

Our whole group commented on how this home was the most thoughtfully well-stocked rental we'd seen, especially the kitchen! Such attention to detail throughout - felt like hugs whenever we discovered another surprise (like frosted mugs in the freezer, a blow dryer, cooking seasonings galore, an air fryer!, s'mores skewers, nostalgic CD player! and CDs...) The location was convenient, easily accessible, but remote enough to feel like we were on a private lakeside property The Fall views were lovely through the walls of windows and from the deck that runs along the entire length of the house.It was such fun to play pool, table tennis, and air hockey with all the guys who would rather be competing than sitting around talking! :) We enjoyed a good balance of shared activity, leisurely meals around the table, fireside conversations, and quiet alone or couple-time in our separate rooms. The home was SO amazing for our family. The house was well- stocked. Also, the whole family enjoyed the entertainment amenities - but especially the kids. They camped out in the basement almost the whole trip while the adults relaxed and napped upstairs. :)

We loved staying here! There was so much room to spread out. The pontoon boat and the paddle boat were our favorites. Great location. The only issue we had was that we were unaware of how steep the slope was to the water. All of the steps definitely made it bearable but one of us had mobility issues and it was a difficult climb for her.

The house fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of comfortable gathering spaces for the whole clan with other spaces to be alone and read a book or enjoy nature. Our week was HOT so we really appreciated all the fun things to do at the house. We also rented the pontoon and had multiple fun and enjoyable rides. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We have decided to return next summer for our next family reunion/vacation!

Hands down the best property we have ever rented. It was very clean and the kitchen is actually stocked for cooking. The layout is super convenient with the entertainment areas far enough away from the sleeping areas that people can rest undisturbed if others want to stay up chatting. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets, which is frequently not the case. Gorgeous view and nice quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was very clean as well, and warmed up for our arrival, which was a nice touch. 10/10, will be staying here again.

We had 12 family members from 3 generations on this family vacation ranging from 22 months to 62 years old and there was something for everyone. The game room, the pool table and the hot tub were awesome. We would love to go back during the summer when we can enjoy the water too. The two full kitchens made it a perfect place to have our family's Thanksgiving dinner! We also made use of a park about 10 minutes away that we saw on the way back from the hiking trails about 20 minutes away. That was the only time we left the house. We highly recommend this home for a family (or friends) getaway. We're going to suggest this location for our church's pastoral retreat.

This is, by far, the most amazing vacation we have ever taken. We have been many places and on several cruises where they wait on you all day long but our five nights spent here FAR outweighs anything else. From the moment I inquired about the property until the moment that we left there was nothing but perfection. When they say they have everything you need- they are not lying. If we literally would have come with just clothes we wore would have been just fine. There are two separate areas to wash clothes. The home itself is amazing. So many bedrooms and extra beds we could have easily fit a whole other family. The amenities- pool table, air hockey, trampoline, etc. we didn’t even have enough time with five nights to enjoy it all. The views and the quaint small town are like nothing we have experienced before. I will tell you there is no Uber or DoorDash (which is so nice) but if your battery dies on the first day call East Alabama Truck Repair instead of trying to find transportation to buy a battery. They’ll get you going in 45 minutes. We also visited Flat Rock Park, Cheaha State Park and Majestic Caverns. An amazing, perfect trip. Thank you!

We had a great time at Bens Lake House. Theres plenty to do and its very peaceful. Convenient to several restaurants. We will definitely come back!

This house is perfect for a family or families. There are six bedrooms, two separate well-stocked kitchens and lots of things to do. A trampoline, pool table, air hockey and lots of games are available. The dock is spacious, comes with a pedal boat, paddleboat and even a selection of life jackets. There are steps to the lake, but two of us are 78 and went up and down each day. Check-in was easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. We hope to return.

We had such a relaxing visit. The house is so clean and so well stocked. This stay was an adults only getaway but we are DEFINITELY coming back with the kids. This place is perfect.

Plenty of space for our whole group and lots to do on rainy days when we couldn't go down to the water. They have all the cooking utensils you could possibly need and plenty of extra towels and blankets for everybody. Probably the easiest, most pleasant check-in and check-out process I've ever had. Lake Wedowee Winery & Brewery was a close and fun stop with a lot of unique wines and friendly people.

All went well with our stay. Plenty of room for our group of eight. We can recommend this property to any other guests looking for fun and privacy.

Every year we get together with our grown children and grandchildren. Because of the close proximity to our home and the beauty of Lake Wedowee, this is always the area we choose for our family vacation. This home definitely offered what we were looking for. It’s very large, giving each group space, but also has an open floor plan for all of us to be together as well. The home was in great condition, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It had so many toys from a hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, basketball game, etc. down to many games to choose from. The deck was huge and had beautiful views of the lake and wooded areas. We had a perfectly relaxing week and enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you.

This house was great for our large family weekend. It is very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. There are tons of games and activities for everyone in our group, ranging from 1 to 68. The main kitchen was great for our meals and plenty of seating. The house was very clean on arrival with plenty of linens for the beds, baths and kitchen. The docks are great for fishing or playing in the water. This is our 2nd time renting this house and we will be back.

The listing does not do this place justice! It is spacious and exceptionally peaceful. Our family gathering was perfect due in large part to this rental. We had more than enough space to gather together and enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. The facility is exceptionally well supplied. And the view!!!
