The 5th Ave Bungalow by Velo is a historic home located in a downtown Tucson neighborhood. This home was completely renovated in Fall of 2024 and all furnishing in the pictures are brand new! This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and in suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a streaming TV as well as a streaming TV in the living room. The large backyard includes outdoor dining and a fire pit allow guests to enjoy Tucson's moderate climate year-round. The location of this home provides guests easy access to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, Banner Healthcare, and many of Tucson's finest dining establishments.



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted price is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a special discounted rate.

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on specific schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and may be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

    Property was really charming and in a great location. Well decorated and appointed, had laundry and efficient A/C for the hot days. Management was communicative while there. Unfortunately, Velo messed up and forgot to charge the remaining balance on time (which I did not realize), so one month after my stay I received harassing calls at 5am about taking me to collections if I don’t remedy *their* mistake immediately. Honestly it sounded like a prank, but wasn’t. The escalation is absurd, I will avoid Velo managed properties in the future.

    Wonderful, updated historic home in a friendly neighborhood, ideal location- close to UofA, downtown and tons of great coffee and restaurants. Host Steve is super responsive. Home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and there is permitted parking right out front available to guests. Great stay!
