PETS
➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly.
➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).
➣We ONLY allow dogs. No cats, birds, etc
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated
➣We do not provide crates
➣Maximum 2 pets, 50 Lbs max each
➣Owners are responsible for any and all damage caused by a pet
➣Pet fee will be charged: $15 per pet per night

This area is separate from the living room and is fitted with comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen island has additional seating for 3 people.

* KITCHEN
This is fully loaded and equipped to prepare your favorite meals and has all the utensils, pots and pans you will need.
We also provide a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig for coffee lovers.
Starter coffee pods are provided at no additional cost.

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm.

* MASTER BEDROOM
We have a comfortable King Bed with USB charging ports attached to the head board.
Sitting on the sturdy frame is a 14-inch cooling gel memory foam mattress with a breathable soft fabric cover.
There is also a 50-inch Smart TV prepared for your enjoyment and a large walk-in closet.

* MASTER BATHROOM
The Master Bathroom features a double vanity with a wall-mounted hair dryer for your convenience.
There is a stand-along tub to relax in after a long day at the beach.
The shower is made of luxurious tile materials

* OTHER BEDROOMS
One of the bedrooms has a queen bed while the other one has 2 sets of Twin size bunk beds.
We have provided some board games tucked away in the bunk-room closet.

* ENTERTAINMENT
We have provided Roku streaming capability for each TV. In order to stream your favorite shows please BYO username and password. Roku features guest-mode functionality - it will automatically log you off after your stay.

GOLF CARTS
* Golf carts are NOT allowed to be operated in the neighborhood per the Home Owners Association.
Only property owners are allowed to operate golf carts

GUEST ACCESS
* This home is located in Cabana Beach Estates, a private beach community in the Fort Morgan area.
* In order to access the private beach we provide 2 guest parking passes.
* These passes are very expensive & time consuming to replace and we require them to be left at the home for the next guest.
* There is ample parking for 7 vehicles and the driveway is concrete.
* The road leading to the property is loose gravel and has potholes. When it rains there will be puddles of water to navigate around.
* We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Since there are wetlands behind the property you will see insects especially outside on the deck. We do have the home on a strict pest control schedule.

* Before or after booking we need to know whether you are bringing any pets with you. Please let us know:
(i) How many pets
(ii) What kind of pet they are (dog, cat, etc)
(iii) Size/Weight of each pet
(iv) Whether your pets are trained or untrained
Keep in mind that you are obligated to follow the pet rules found in the Additional House Rules section. Please familiarize yourself with these rules.

***Honesty is the best policy. We have security cameras and we will find out if you sneak in a pet. So just be upfront and let us know as soon as possible***

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
➣All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee

    Very clean house with everything we needed and less than a five-minute walk to the beach. Our dogs loved running and playing on the beach, and the outdoor shower and hose made keeping them clean extremely easy. The host was always reachable and very helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

    This property was so enjoyable! My husband and I and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay! The beach is so close to walk to and the location was so much quieter than further down in Gulf Shores/orange Beach. The house and all its furniture and supplies were like new and we found everything we needed!! We will return again to this excellent rental!

    The house was very nice and clean. The location was great for walking to the beach. There are several good restaurants nearby, and downtown Gulf Shores is only 12 miles away for more choices. Excellent location for taking day trips to Dauphin Island, Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola.

    This lovely home was perfect for our family. It is well appointed and big enough for individual space. Beach access is a one minute drive or an easy five minute walk. David and Denise were responsive and courteous to our needs. Although we had zero challenges with the property. I would highly recommend booking this property. FIVE STARS!!

    The home is new and in great shape. Proximity to the beach is very good... the beach is one of the few dog friendly beaches available. Communication with David (host) was always helpful and very responsive.

    The home is very well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room for the six people that came on our trip. The owners are super friendly and responsive. The beach is a short walk away, but they have a beach Biggy in the shed under the house that worked much better than ours. Overall it was a great experience! Would absolutely stay there again!

    Me and Husband booked this home for our three children (ages 6, 4 and 2) along with my mother and other family members. The home was clean, well built and beautiful. From the tall doors, high ceilings, mesmoring Masters bathroom and patio/balcony. They also provide beach chairs and boards for the private beach access. The community is quiet and everyone waved and acknowledged us whenever we were outside. I also love the fact that the home is children friendly. Our kids spent alot of time in the bunkbeds and also the dinning area in the kitchen. The home well stocked with pots and pans, eating utensils and also a Keurig coffee maker. We will definitely book again for our next vacation in Fort Morgan. Thank you to the Hosts!
