Welcome to this private beach home located very close to Seabrook Island's beautiful North Beach. Relax on the wicker chairs on the front porch and listen to the ocean's waves. Walk to Boardwalk #2 and spend the day in the water and relaxing under the sun. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has plenty of space for your family and friends to gather and make Seabrook Island vacation memories. <br>
Upon entering you will feel welcomed. The great room has many fabulous architectural highlights. Features include cathedral ceilings, cherry hardwood flooring, and windows outfitted with plantation shutters allow sunlight to stream. Wall cutouts offer views to the downstairs from the stairway and upstairs hall. Settle into the comfortable furnishings to share stories from your day. Gather around the gas-log fireplace or large HDTV. You will really enjoy spending time with your family and friends in this great room. Just beyond is the dining area and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more!! Dine around the table or enjoy the counter seating for four. Step onto the screened porch and sip cool drinks or enjoy a good book on the new furniture. Barbecue on the new gas grill on the deck off the screened porch. A spacious laundry room with new HE front load washer and dryer is adjoining the kitchen.

Also on the 1st floor are two bedrooms and two full baths. The 1st bedroom features a king bed, TV, and sitting area. The bathroom suite has white cabinetry with a double sink, tile flooring, wainscot paneling, and a shower with glass doors. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed. White furnishings and windows brighten this retreat. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hall with a shower.

Head upstairs where the hall balcony overlooks the living area below. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The primary suite is at one end of the hall. BR3 is a bright room with a king bed, French doors leading to a porch, cathedral ceilings, and an HDTV. This ensuite bathroom has tile flooring, two sinks, a shower, and a tub. At the other end of the hall is bedrooms 4 and 5 with access to a hall bath with a shower. There is a den on the 2nd floor as a 2nd family room area.

The family room upstairs features sliding glass doors in order to watch the TV without disturbing the rest of the house. This makes a great room for kids to enjoy their movies while the rest of the family watches their show in the living room. This room is a wonderful retreat! This room has a queen sofa, pull out bed.

This great home is located on a quiet street in a very quiet setting. Nestled amid tropical landscape, you will be treated to great wildlife viewing (deer, foxes, bobcats, and birds). Enjoy family and friends while sitting on the deck. Listen to the waves of the nearby ocean while the kids play in the grassy yard. The back deck has a gas grill and rocking chairs where you can relax. The home also has an outdoor shower.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes & Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

    We were so pleased with this home!! So clean, spacious and well-stocked with all we needed for cooking on the nights we wanted to stay in! It even had a space my husband used when he needed to do a little work while we traveled. Right around the corner from Boardwalk 2, we had an easy walk to the beach each day.

    Enjoyed every minute. Beautiful beach! Amenity card important for pool access/restaurant and tennis. Although there are certain hours blocked off for residents. Understandable!

    Good house for a large group who want their own space. Layout very good for those who have difficulty with stairs. There are lots of different spaces for dining and entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of storage. Short walk to the beach. When a problem arose the property manager went above and beyond expectations to resolve the issue.
