5BR WaterColor Oasis in Forest District – Beach Club Access, Golf Cart, Pools, Bikes & More!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids during our stay. Plenty of room and comfy beds. We really enjoyed the golf cart and how close we were to camp watercolor. Great house with everything you need.

We felt as though we stepped into a storybook! Not only was our home beautiful, but it was clean and well-appointed. We had a few minor requests like more dish towels, and measuring cups, and you responded immediately! Plus, your checkout procedure is effortless! You are a wonderfully run company!

This property had everything we needed for our family beach trip. Rental company was excellent and very organized. Highly recommend!

We love Watercolor and always have to a have a golf cart wherever we stay. This house was great! Good location close to Camp Watercolor. Having the 6 seat golf cart makes access to everything in watercolor/seaside easy. Had issue figuring out the golf cart when we arrived but contacted the property management company and in 5 minutes they had someone there to show us there was a plug as well under the middle seat. Definitely would return/recommend Mint Julep

We had a great time at this location! The house is absolutely beautiful and clean and has everything we needed! The comfortable spacious floor plan was perfect for a crowd and multiple families. Highly recommend!!

We are coming to the Watercolor / Seaside area for 10 years. I can tell that this is one of our best stays so far. House was new, clean, and with all new high-end appliances. The big deal is all king mattresses are Temperpedic brands. I have one home and I can recognize the Temperpedic mattress. Great night of sleep in any of four king-size beds. A great addition is you don't have to pay for a Golf cart which is included in the rental with the house.
