Everything was in great conditon and worked well!

House was exactly as represented. Centrally located for access to all parks. Perfect for large group or family. One suggestion would be the addition of a handrail on steps into pool. Very precarious for older adults, myself being one. My family and myself throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Helen Adey

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Would recommend and will be staying here again. The owner is on top of any issue and the community is a nice. Place is like the pictures and well taken care of. Loved this property home away from home.

Excellent property and location property manager tood care of all our needs

The house was stunning we loved everything about it, but the gate entry line is ridiculous and the customer service we received at checkout like we were getting out out was insane, the owner or whoever the guy is who comes to check was beyond rude he rang the door bell several times not even giving us time to get to the door, then he just started repeating check out. We had 7 kids 2 of them infants so it took us about 20 minutes over to check out. A little respect would have sufficed

My family and I visit for spring break 2025. The house was nice! what I didn’t like was you had to pay fees to use different amenities far as the heating of the pool couldn’t use the grill because they said it was the owners it was for owner. Use only we had to rent or buy a grill also for a late check out have to pay additional fee, the game room none of the games worked, which was a disappoint because we had small kids and teenagers. also the back pool area didn’t have any lights to light up the area. also, the upstairs master bed on the right side closer to the window. The springs are worn out on that side, so the bed sits low slept terrible! Overall, the house was nice. The community was nice also and quiet.

It was amazing and if there was a problem she responded, very clean and comfortable very big and the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s so much better in person and I would definitely book again !

This host lack communication every time I ask a question they refer to the email that was sent to me. Stating “ check your email everything is on there.” Even when I did check my email numerous times everything was not on there. Simple questions when I asked about the spa pool being inconsistent with the heat warmer and the code to the grill. Turns out there was a whole other grill outside of the pool that they did not mentioned about on the email that was sent. The home is very low of cleaning essentials.

Awesome stay would stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay. Pleanty of room for all of the family. The beds were comfortable. The resort looked nice but it was too cold to use during our time there. No complaints.

The heater did not work and no one got back to us about it

We enjoyed our stay in the house and it had wonderful amenities. The house was clean and the bedrooms were large. The five bathrooms also were a big plus. We will be returning to the area in a couple of years and we hope to get the same house.

Great stay

We had a great experience!! The house was very clean and all furniture, couches and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was great after our long days at Disney and the large dining table let us all eat together which was awesome! The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and had a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and close to the resort pool. The kids loved the game room and the pool! We would recommend this place to everyone.

Area was convenient, we picked this house last minute due to the VRBO we had chosen sold ownership. The amount of rooms and bathrooms were perfect in this house, however The house supplies were minimal for the 9 people that were utilizing the house. No bath soap in the showers, no cleaning supplies in the kitchen to cleanup after meals, no salt & pepper, no coffee filters for coffee, etc. We killed at least 6 roaches - no spray to keep away insects. I lived in Florida for 40 years, and never had a roach problem. We made the best of the situation we were given and appreciated the opportunity to continue with our plans.

lots of fun things to do

My family and I enjoyed our stay everything just as describe . There was enough room for my family and extended family. Kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Very nice and quite place. Lots of things to keep the kids busy. I would definitely stay again

Everthing is exactly as pictured. Very spacious. We had no issues that would prevent another visit.

Being in Florida was the only good part, our kids had alot of fun other than at this house. The communication was horrible unless they wanted to charge me more money for things. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days & I tried multiple times to reach out to them to get this issue fixed. Finally when we had left one morning for our day at SeaWorld, they sent a maintenance person to the house without me knowing & while we were gone I got an email saying the maintenance person said there was a “Distinct smell, smell of smoke” coming from the outside moving on into the house, so they charged my card $500!!! Without even letting me know or having the decency to have a discussion with me about it first! FYI not one with us smokes & we have 7 children with us that would not happen around them. I was very unhappy. Reached out multiple times to discuss this with them & never got an answer until I had to ask them for the code for the grill, which they were trying to charge my card again to use the grill when it says in the agreement it was free just have to ask for the code. According to them IT IS NOT so beware of that if you plan to stay here. They finally told me they would refund my money if the smell was gone when we checked out so of course it was because no one smokes to begin with. THEN they tell me they’re charging me for damages because of blankets from kids’ beds smelling like pee.. in the agreement it says not to wash or strip the bedding! STILL waiting on refund after 2 weeks
