You'll find 5 bedrooms throughout this home. Downstairs, there is a FUN filled bunk bedroom, with two twin-over-full bunk beds, smart TV, shuffleboard, and arcade game. Upstairs are the four remaining bedrooms. Three bedrooms have one king bed & a smart TV in each, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds & an private ensuite bathroom.

There are two and a half modern bathrooms throughout the home. Downstairs, the half bathroom has a sink & toilet only. Upstairs, the private master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The hallway bathroom upstairs also has two sinks, a toilet, & shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
