There are 5 gorgeous bedrooms in this home, each with their own smart TV. The downstairs bedroom has one queen bed. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. 3 of the upstairs bedrooms have one king bed in each, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunks (4 twin beds total).

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
