Stayed Apr 6, 2026Our group of 3 adults and 6 teens visited for spring break - there was plenty of space, and such comfortable beds! The pool & hot tub was well used and enjoyed by all. Lots of games and activities available, and the new movie room was a hit! Really enjoyed the house!!

Stayed Dec 23, 2025We didn’t use the pool based on time of year but it was large. The hot tub is more like a kiddie pool.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had great amenities. The neighborhood and surrounding area is beautiful. We loved taking walks everyday. The surrounding area has great restaurants, breweries and grocery stores nearby. The property is very close to downtown Riverside and the University, and being located up on the hill you have amazing views. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of anything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again.
