Stayed May 1, 2025Thank you for a wonderful stay. This was my first VRBO rental and I was thrilled. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Shawn and his team were very responsive to all communications. There were generous and delicious snacks in the kitchen, butter in the fridge and a variety of spices to cook with. The Pacman machine was a bonus along with the collection of board games. The backyard was comfortable and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, but the time we spent outside was great. We look forward to our next stay in Noho Fun in the Sun.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025We booked this home for a week for a pit of town job that was last minute delayed. Due to the short notice, and our stay being three days away, we were unable to modify or cancel the dates. We were able to make it down on day three of our booking with the kids and ended up going to Disneyland which was about 35 minutes away. Many rooms to choose from. It was nice to have multiple bed sizes and types as I do enjoy a certain type of bed. I was able to find the perfect one on night two of our stay. We did not get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but looked like a nice hang out spot if it was during a nice hot sunny day. Had snacks and games for the kids which was also nice as the children love random snacks during random times of the day. Host was very responsive.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025We were two families visiting Universal Studios. Shawn was responsive the entire time everything was great (except if course the LA traffic which isn't his fault!!).

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Firstly, really good communication with the host, with clear instructions on arrival and departure. The listing is really accurate too. This place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space with large rooms, comfortable beds and lots of towels. The kitchen was well equipped (although the dishwasher is a bit dated!), with a great coffee machine and pods to use. There was more then enough room for the 5 of us, with the kids each having their own room. The outdoor space was lovely for coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening. The pool was a little chilly for our use though! There is a Ralph's grocery just at the end of the road (walking distance!), and plenty of food options around Burbank. We went to Universal during our stay here, and it realy is just 10 minutes away - ideal! Just at the end of the road there is a walkway along Chandler Blvd - a lovely run with moutains in the background and looking at all the Halloween decorations. Traffic getting in to the city was pretty bad, but one evening we used the Metro which was really cheap and simple (and safe too!). This place was perfect for our base while we visited LA, and Shawn was the ideal host! Thanks.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024This property was in a great location. It was very close to Universal Studios, which we frequented a couple of times. It was also close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The property was very spacious as it accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. It could accommodate additional people. The host was very responsive to our needs, starting with being able to check in early. Each time I reached to the host, the host was very responsive such as providing great recommendations to restaurants in the area. Overall, our stay was great.

House is as described with nice pool Neighbourhood a bit mixed but that’s from a perspective of coming from suburban canada House doesn’t look like much from the street but lots of room inside well equipped and very clean

Stayed Jul 25, 2024I was looking for a place that was close to Universal Studios and somewhere that would be comfortable for my family. I am glad we found this place. The home was clean and comfortable, it was a home away from home. Location is great too because it is less than a 10 min drive to Universal and it is so close to Target and Trader Joe's. For my family, those 2 places are a must. Of course when traveling, having someplace close to grab the necessities is a huge plus. Also, Shawn and his team were excellent at communicating with me from the time of the initial booking to the checking in and checking out process. They always responded back so quickly, which I appreciated. I would definitely pick this place to stay again. My family enjoyed having their own space within the home and they definitely loved the pool. Thank you Shawn for your hospitality!
