5BR Modern Home ~ NRG & Sleeps 12 W/TVs in all Rooms

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The worst unsafe neighborhood you will find in Houston! We’ve never been to Houston, and rented this place for an entire week because the pics looked so nice. However, at the end of the street is a big sign saying Neighborhood beautification project in progress. The immediate neighbors are run down houses with boarded up windows, full 6 foot chain link fences surrounding the ENTIRE lot, bars on the windows are on EVERY house, trash and furniture and old mattresses are thrown outside all over. And then there are TWO brand new houses. As we pulled down the street there was a drug bust going on with SWAT dragging people out, and 2 guys on the ground in hand cuffs at gunpoint. The driveway is tiny, with no parking anywhere else, and giant ditches next to the road. I immediately messaged the owner and said absolutely not, refund my money, this is in the worst neighborhood ever and no one is safe here. He denied nothing, just apologized and said to contact customer service for a refund. However once I contacted customer service, the owner had a different story, and said sorry no refunds are allowed. This house should NOT even be allowed on VRBO!! Notice his pictures show not an inch of a neighbors house, only one pic of the outside, which include no windows on the main floor and a full 6 foot tall iron fence around the house, including the front yard, with locking gate to get to the front door and window.This person needs to be banned from VRBO!!!

Highly recommend this clean, lovely, and recently built home! It was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. There were plenty of beds for our group. Excellent communication . with the owner and check in/out was a breeze.
