5BR Lake Views with Heated & Chilled Pool & Hot Tub. Centrally Located

The house was very nice and the host was great, but the amount of beds that were represented in the listing were very misleading. The “pull outs” that were said to be in the kind bedrooms were chairs that leaned back into a tiny bed. While this might be ok for children, they were definitely not appropriate for adults. Also there were not nearly enough sheets and blankets to accommodate the amount of beds that were listed in the house.

The house has a great location, beautiful views, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It accommodated our large group well.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The house was very dusty, including fans, cabinets, and surfaces. There were not enough comforters for all guests, and both bathrooms had mold.While communication with the host was good initially, they stopped responding after we mentioned the cleaning problems.

Wonderful place

Great house with a great view of the lake. It took a couple of days to figure out the Nest thermostat. The house was very cold. I must not have adjusted it properly since after it warmed up it turned very cold again. Has to be a high utilities bill. When I booked it, I saw 3 1/2 baths. Unfortunately there was only one on the upper level that had to be shared with 5 people. The only other suggestion would be to replace the gas grill. It was a dangerous fire that toasted our brats and hamburgers.

We checked in and unfortunately the house wasn't cleaned. I reached out to the host and she immediately came and took care of our needs! Very responsive! The house was spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy! Gorgeous views

Overall very nice place. View from the deck was wonderful and we used the pool daily. We did have a couple complaints that were never addressed by the host.

Our big family of 14 had a great stay. We loved the house and the pool. We brought two air mattresses and it was perfect for sleeping arrangements! Lots of space.

This roomy house fit us well and we enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation focused on togetherness time. The home, pool and access to excursions made this property perfect. Had a day for fishing, tubing, cave exploration and hanging out at the pool. All A.

As a group we come annually to ride NWA! Best trails!! This house was a perfect fit for our group. Very clean and well maintained. We will for sure consider this place again !!

My husband and I with our extended family were in NWA for my daughter’s wedding in Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for the eleven of us. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were very spacious. Plenty of closet space too! The sofa beds were typical sofa beds, so they weren’t as comfortable as the beds in the bedroom. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub since we were there in January. Lastly, the game room was perfect for the young adults. Thank you, Chris, for accommodating us with all our requests. We booked this home for U of Arkansas graduation with family and friends. It was a perfect set up for what we needed. Great little neighborhood with beautiful views. The house was very nice and the layout worked perfectly for our group. There was a small amount of trash left outside from the previous group, but it was cold out so we didn't use the outside of the home. I think the cleaning crew just missed those few items. The heated pool closes for the winter so just be aware of that. The management company communicated well and check in and out were easy. I highly recommend this home.

House was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Very clean and spacious house that was perfect for a quick family getaway from the city.

The house was very spacious (there was 7 of us in our family group). We had everything we needed to relax, cook, swim, and just sit on the deck and look at the lake. It was a little challenging to get to the house from Springdale and from the house to various restaurants, playgrounds and parks( the roads were very curvy with numerous stops and turns. If you have a cell phone there should be no problem getting to/from the house. Very relaxing atmosphere.

All very pleased. Nice house, perfect for us. Kids loved pool and hot tub. Sitting on deck watching kids. All loved morning view of fog over the lake. All was great.
