Stayed Aug 7, 2025We like to review the three critical C's when staying at a short-term rental: Cleanliness, Convenience and Communications. This group retreat near the Indianapolis airport covered all three.It was exceptionally clean and everything was in great shape and well equipped. Lots of nice decor and details throughout the house, including multiple pairs of chopsticks in the kitchen!This doesn't get much more convenient for an Indianapolis stay, particularly if you're using the airport. 10 minutes from the airport, and about 15 to 20 minutes to downtown. And you have plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by, including Walmart, Meijer, and even a Dunkin and a Dollar General within shouting distance.The owners were always quick to communicate when we had questions, and were very professional and polite. If we were in the area again and needed space to sleep a group, we'd have this on our list to check for availability! Thanks to the hosts for everything for making our stay a success!

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Going to a funeral can never be pleasant so you don't need outside headaches involved. It is with a great deal of pleasure that I sit down to write this review as I don't give them out very often and this one is easy. This Host truly went above and beyond and bent over backwards to help myself and my family in this difficult time. The place was really excellent and fit our needs to the letter. Do yourself a favor and book this one because you will not be dissapointed. The REAL DEAL.
