By Car:
The home is easily accessible via paved roads year-round. In winter months, 4WD or AWD is recommended when traveling during snow conditions.

Local Access:
Wooded neighborhood trails lead toward the Deschutes River and nearby recreation areas. Sunriver Resort amenities, golf courses, and dining options are a short drive away. Downtown Bend is approximately 20–25 minutes by car.

Parking:
Driveway parking is available for registered guests.

Strict No-Smoking Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free property, both indoors and outdoors (patio, lawn, driveway, garage).
This includes:

• Any form of smoke or drug use
If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 minimum remediation fee, additional cleaning fees if needed, and immediate termination of the reservation without refund will apply. Future stays may be declined.

To preserve its condition:

• No food or contaminants in the water
• Replace and secure the cover after use
• Children must be supervised
Misuse or damage will result in additional fees.

⚠️Use of the canoe is at the guest’s own risk. The host and property owner are not liable for any injury, accident, drowning, or death related to use of this equipment. Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or neglect of the canoe, paddles, boards, and associated equipment to include but not limited to: life jackets, paddles, fins, during their stay, and repair or replacement costs will apply.
