Stayed Dec 27, 2025Our host family was very gracious and responsive. The house was decorated for Christmas which was very nice! We had plenty of soaps and toilet paper which was so helpful! The hot tub was great, too! Many thanks to our host family!

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Despite being so close to the road, the stay was peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the amount of space; I enjoyed the fireplace and the comfy furniture. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. Accommodations were above and beyond. My kids on more than one occasion thanked me for picking such a great property. We drove in on Thanksgiving day and the hosts were gracious enough to let us check in a little earlier than expected. Fantastic experience, my husband is already planning next year!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Its a wonderful home to stay in. Ample room for 6 adults. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Location is great! Close to anything needed and far enough away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg. Great restaurants in Dandridge! We enjoyed time on the lake with a rental boat close by.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We booked it during Christmas was just what we needed they put us a full size Christmas tree in the house decorated everything my wife and the kids loved it everything was like they said it was going to be The only problem we had was the hot water went out they came immediately the electrician came fix the hot water and they brought us donuts and coffee for breakfast for the inconvenience I will be booking this house again
