Everything was great. The place was very clean and our host was very easy to deal with. We can’t wait to go again.

Facilities was nice just as described. Enjoyed our time with family. Kitchen was well equipped for everything that we wanted to make. It was nice that there was seasonings and additional items that we didn’t have to buy. Families enjoyed the home especially as it was a nice neighborhood.

Everything was great, house was very clean, would definitely stay her again if back in the area.

This was our 3rd time returning to the same house. Great host and Kim was awesome. There was a little snafu with delayed house cleaning. Kim made up for it without hesitation. Perfect house for a large group. Everyone has there privacy. We will definitely be back again next year.

The property and its conditions were excellent. The accommodations (Kitchen, 3 large living room areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool area, and all amenities were all first-rate.My family has already started talking about staying here again for us and/or other family trees.

We had a party of 9 stay at the house and it was perfect. The space was great and we also enjoyed the pool. Was a quiet neighborhood and only 15 to 20 minutes from most attractions.

The house is spacious and clean, and we had a great time playing billiards in the game room. The location is also convenient, just a short distance from the Strip and the airport.

This property is perfect for a large family! Plenty of space for everyone - the master suite is amazing. My sons loved the pool table. We were able to eat together as a family in the kitchen. Close to the airport and the strip. Owners are quick to respond and are very friendly. Will definitely check for availability next trip to Vegas.

The house is beautifully furnished and exceptionally equipped in the kitchen. It was large and roomy for the 7 of us. The property manager, Elizabeth, was so friendly and helpful. She was quick to communicate. I only have the most positive comments about this property. Excellent!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Vegas! The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, and the house itself was spacious and stylishly decorated. Overall, we were very comfortable here. There were just a few minor things that could improve the experience. The shower in the master bathroom wasn’t fully working on one side, and water heat was a bit wonky on the other which was fine but wasn’t disclosed in the description. The kitchen blinds didn’t fuction to pull down all the way in order to block out the bright Vegas sun, although it wasn’t long lived it made breakfast in the mornings very bright. Also, there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms, which some travelers might miss for relaxing at night. During our stay, the electricity went out in the master bathroom, making it harder to get ready, but the host was very responsive and quickly provided an extension cord to help out. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. With a few adjustments, this would be a perfect spot. Thanks for having us!

This was our 2nd time staying at this rental. Our host Elizabeth is awesome, no issues with check-in. The property is in a perfect location as we are close to Southpoint Casino. Neighborhood is very quiet. House is very clean and beds are comfy. We will definitely be back in 2025.

Family trip for our Son's 21st birthday. Tgis home is large & comfortable, perfect for pur group of 7. Elizabeth, the property manager was so helpful & very responsive to any issues we encountered. The pool was so nice during such hot weather. We were sad that the outdoor cabana had no roof due to the crazy Vegas winds, so were not able to use a big part of the outdoor area. It look like it happened recently, so we cant hold that against the owner. The owner was very accommodating when we arrived early into town. The A/C is awesome, which is a MUST for the heat in Vegas! All in all, a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had the best time here and this place was perfect for us. We had 7 of us that have been friends since childhood that got together to celebrate our 50th birthdays. There was plenty of room for us all and the pool was amazing. We had so much fun that we ended up extending our trip an extra day. Elizabeth, the property manager, was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!!!
