-There is a maximum of seven cars that can enter Solterra Resort. Guest needs to provide name and last name of the vehicle drivers in order to add them to the list. The officer at the gated entrance will check their ID or passport, reservation showing the address of the house and stay dates, and lic plate number. Only five cars will receive a parking permit to park within two white lines marked on the street. The other two cars without permits can park in the house driveway.

-Valet trash
Works seven days a week.
Place trash in a bag (no loose) in the provided brown waste bin outside every morning before 6am. Every bag must have up to 50 pounds. Break and bund boxes, and place besides waste bin.



-We accept a maximum of 2 pets with a fee of 200$ in addition to the total cost of the reservation. Please pick up after your pet.


-Solterra fees are NOT INCLUDED on the price of the reservation. Fees are $35 for the entire length of stay for up to 12 guests. $45 for over 12.
Guest pay the fee directly at the front desk clubhouse. Their hours are between 9 am to 10pm.

-Quit hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Call Polk County Sheriff non-emegency line if you experience lou noises.


-Children of all ages are welcome. Guest need to be 21 or older in order to make the check in.

-Pack n play by request per stay (free).

-We offer a grill at a cost of 75$ per stay. Guests use it at their own risk and are responsible for their own propane. Tank is provided.

-No parties, events or gatherings are allowed in the house.


-NO smoking is permitted in the property. Violations will end at a $1000 ozone treatment charge).


-Any violation results in booking termination at the guest expense based on VRBO guest agreement rules and conditions.


-Early check in at 2:00 pm has to be requested at least two days prior to the stay. An extra 100$ fee will be requested at the end of the reservation.


-Late check out at 12:00 pm has to be requested prior to the stay. An extra 100$ fee will be requested at the end of the reservation.


-Guests who forget the water hose connected to the pool will pay a fine of $100 and are responsible for any kind of damage caused.


-All used dishes and cutlery including pots and pans must be washed before leaving the property. Guests can use the dishwasher machine and dishwasher detergent provided.


-If you’re a coffee lover, the house is equipped with a KEURIG machine. You might want to bring some original capsules.

-SOLTERRA RESORT PARKING RULE
Towing Strictly Enforced
• Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.
• Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the owner.
• There is NO parking allowed on the grass, common areas, or any lot. Please do not block sidewalks.
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATV's, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
• Any damage to sod, landscape, and/or irrigation on homes will be the homeowner's responsibility.
• Gate Guards are not able to give away waivers to the parking rules.
There is no parking at the clubhouse after 11:00 PM
Your vehicle may be towed if parked on the street (except in marked spaces), extending over the markings for a parking spot, parked without the proper guest pass, on any lawn or green space, blocking or impeding the sidewalk, or a manner that may impede the passage of emergency or utility repair vehicles.
VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THE PARKING RULES ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TOWING AT THE VEHICLE
