This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage luxury home sleeps 9 people comfortably and features vaulted ceilings and an open floor-plan creating a modern mountain setting. This property has everything you would expect from a luxury rental. Free shuttle access just outside the door.



The Space:

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed with flat panel TV and attached bathroom; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with flat panel TV and shared bath; Bedroom 3: (sleeps 5): queen/twin bunk with queen size trundle out bed with shared bath. Pack n' Play. Maximum Sleeping Capacity is 10. Warm your toes with in-floor radiant heat and relax in the steam shower or hot tub while taking in breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. Enjoy family and friends while preparing a meal in the open concept kitchen supplied with professional grade appliances.



The Neighborhood:

Come and go as you please in one of Breckenridge’s newest and most convenient neighborhoods. The Maggie Point development sits on the South side of town with easy access to everything. A quick stroll on the stone lined footpath will lead you to the Breckenridge Brewery -- one of the great places that Breckenridge has to offer on Main Street. The Stephen C West ice arena is located just across the street and the Blue River is a short walk down the hillside. Kids will enjoy a private wooded play area just behind the house. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES. One inside of the garage and one on the parking pad outside of the garage.



Getting Around:

You can get away without renting a car at this property. It is close enough to everything and on the shuttle stop. Easily walk to the base of Peak 9 (the Quicksilver lift) or catch the free shuttle in front of the development to any of the base areas (Peak 7, 8, or 9). The free shuttle arrives every 15 minutes and is a convenient way to get around town and navigate the ski area. An early walk to the Quicksilver lift is a great way to skip the opening logjam and start your day on a wide open Peak 9 or Peak 10.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.     The town home is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. It is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street. The hot tub is way bigger than expected. I personally loved the jets for the feet, especially after hiking. LOVE this property. Thank you for sharing with us.

    This property was even better than I expected! Well stocked kitchen, incredibly clean, top notch amenities. We were incredibly comfortable there. It really felt like a home away from home, and I appreciated the great communication with host. Plus, it was just a short walk to the bus stop!

    Very clean and responsive. Highly recommend. Wonderful condo, Peak 8 skiing is not easy to get to from the condo but other skiing is just a short bus ride away from the condo complex. Staff is friendly and quick responses.

    First off, the property is beautiful. Owners spared no expense in design and options in the home. Second, the location is in walking distance from downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and we are planning to add a steam shower to our own house after experiencing it here first! Love the place, thank you for sharing it with others!
