Stayed Jun 7, 2025The property was clean and in good shape. We were a little disappointed to find out close to trip that the property really comes with nothing that you would generally expect. No beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, no pool amenities except a few pool chairs. No soap, snacks, coffee, etc like other rentals I have been to. We rented two weeks and were disappointed that the property management didn’t offer any cleaning services even between the two weeks. We called and requested a bed linen change and they did finally agree to that. We had to was our own bath towels and go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean between the first and second week. Not something you really expect to do when you are paying this much for a vacation house! We requested a pool cleaning between the first and second week as well and the pool person never showed up to clean only to drop a chlorine tab in the dirty bug filled skimmer. So once again, I had to clean the pool every couple of days! That was disappointing! So basically, the property was great but the management company was horrible!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Met the needs of all the adults and grandchildren. Several areas to relax, play, eat, sleep. Expansive beach area to set up volleyball, bocce, umbrellas, chairs.
