Stayed Mar 31, 2024We arrived at the house late at night, it was dark, that is our only negative. It is an old, historical house so house mainly had lamps, not a lot of overhead lights. But otherwise, the house was great, best bargain for the area. Very nice neighborhood, we felt very safe. Close to shopping and beach is within walking distance. The manager Cindy, was super helpful. . Cindy told us of local favorites and was quick to help us during a medical emergency.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Cute place to stay in Cape Coral. Historic house in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. House was clean and offered beach towels and a cooler which was convenient on our trip. Backyard was semi private and comfortable with a swing and patio chairs. Back porch was lovely for early morning sunrise. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to the Boathouse Tiki Bar. (1/2 mile)
