There is a bunk room in the front half of the home, with a queen bed and single over double bunk bed, sleeping 5. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub for the bunk room.

The full kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining room, is a chef's delight, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the dining room, a well-placed laundry closet adds convenience to your stay, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your vacation time.

The master bedroom is in the back of the home with a comfortable queen-size bed with adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower and french doors leading to the patio and deck.

Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

    Cleaning crew not doing their job very well-rug going out to patio had stains where something spilled as well as doorway-glass patio door dirty-looked like where child may have played w their hands on the glass-when swept up under dining table after we ate, there were dog hairs in the dust pan-also the chair in the living room had white dog hair in itdog hai dog

    We enjoyed our stay!! Very comfortable. Close beach access. Near convenient store locations. Super friendly owner next door who was always helpful when needed!! Issues we had were addressed promptly and efficiently! I’ll plan to book this location again in the future!!! If there’s an ice maker named Sassy - you’re welcome!! I am Sassy!! ❤️
