Stayed May 24, 2025Perfect location! So close to the beach. We loved we could see the kids on the beach from the house. Had some rain- but the heated pool and covered hot tub made those days very enjoyable. House is spacious and big living area for large group. Great beach!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had our first family vacation in about 10 years. We had family ranging from one year old to almost 60 years old. There was plenty of space inside and outside the house for all of us. We spent many hours at the pool and hot tub. The area between the house and pool was a little rough and felt unfinished. Not sure if it was because of the recent storms. On our second day there we had an issue with ants outside the house and in our vehicles. After calling about this issue they had someone quickly there to spray. Don’t park in the yard!!! Overall we loved our stay in Nags Head and would like to go back again!!!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Family in from TX, KY, MI and SC. Accommodations were great and being on the beach was a plus. Had ants in the kitchen but maintenance came immediately and took care of it. Downside was kitchen and baths could have been cleaned better and not enough towels per guest.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023We spent 9 months planning this multi family vacation. The Property was in an excellent location, right on the beach a few steps from the public point. The Property is close to all amenities wonderful restaurants and fun family activities. The 3rd floor main room was big enough for everyone and the views of the Atlantic Ocean were AMAZING. The kitchen was huge and the double ovens made cooking for everyone so much easier. All of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor were spacious with their own bathrooms. The kids all stayed on the first floor in the bunkrooms and had access to the pool. There was also a pool table that provided a lot of fun. The only caution I would have is there is not much parking available.
