King bed, dresser, 2 closets, smart TV. Ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed, dresser, 1 closet, attached bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Living room with sofa, smart TV, and desk.

Kitchenette equipped with hot plate cooktop, microwave, air fryer/toaster/countertop oven, and full size fridge/freezer. (There is no full oven.)

Dining table seats 4.

Screened in patio with dining table.

Community pool, gym, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis, and mini golf.

Guests have full access of the entire property and community. :)

Guests must be 55+ years old and complete a quick application with the HOA office. We can help facilitate this for you. We have already calculated the pool and application fee into the total price of the stay. :)
