55 Bashford St Top Spot Jurien Bay

The accommodations were quite good and the bathrooms were a lot more cleaner than I’d expected. Overall we were provided for a lot for the amount paid. It’d been better if the room with the bunk beds could have a bigger light bulb, as it was dim but overall the main bedroom was more comfortable to rest in.

The cottage was well equipped & comfortable and the location was great. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing. E.g. ventilation fans & vents badly needed cleaning. Some modest refurbishments like a coat of paint & some new window treatments would greatly improve the appeal of the cottage

Everything as expected but the cleanliness of the linen was questionable

My accomodation was cancelled by the so called host at 7pm the night before we were due to book in. It is now 3 weeks later and i have still only received a partial refund. Have sent 2 emails to so called host requesting the rest of my refund and have had no response. Worst company i have ever dealt with, would recommend that you book with anyone other than Stayz

Convenient & great location

Back door in dis-repair. Handle on outside ok to gain access but from inside no handle and no lock. Anyone could have entered from outside. Difficult to have a good sleep when the accommodation is not secure. Image available if required

I paid on line and would like my money back.

It was lovely to be able to stay somewhere that I could take my puppy, enjoyed my stay
