Whole experience was great. It was easy to find a parking spot and close to the convention center so getting Ubers was very affordable

Love this neighborhood and the interaction with the property manager was seamless. Will stay again.

We were in Indy to attend the B1G Women’s tournament at Gainbridge Fieldhouse which was about a 10 min walk. This property was super clean (which is always a priority for us) and updated. Linens smelled fresh and clean with full size bath towels. Location was great. Around the corner is a nice Mexican restaurant. We did not use a lot of the amenities as we were at the tournament so unable to comment on those. Communication with Dennis was always timely. We would definitely recommend this property and will book again if in the area.

Host was welcoming and very responsive. We appreciated the clear communication and ability to get a hold of him if needed.

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during a weekend in Indianapolis. Carriage house is as advertised. Nice walk to Lucas stadium and enjoyed the two coffee shops within walking distance. Also tried Milktooth for breakfast! The host was very responsive! Would stay again!

Perfect stay! This place was walking distance to Pacers and Colts games. Plenty of space, clean and modern. We would stay here again anytime we come to Indy.

Great place for a girls’ weekend getaway! The Pacers and Fever were playing in town and the atmosphere was electric…and it was all within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect , neighborhood was amazing. Just missing a lot of needed kitchen utensils. No oven pans , forks too small, no coffee , could use a woman’s touch to get it set up .

We stayed Fri-Sun for season opener WNBA Fever game. The carriage house was nice layout for the 4 of us (but would also be good for group/family of up to 6-8). It’s in great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with bars/restaurants. Owner kept in good communication, as needed. It was a 6 hour drive for us, and we’d stay here again if up in the area for future event.

This property is a wonderful slice of downtown vibes. Very clean and cozy place that was a wonderful option for us for our recent visit.

My son and I stayed here while attending a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's in a fantastic location within walking distance of the stadium and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and everything is in brand new condition. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future!

Within 10-20 min walking distance to downtown. Very easy and short distance walk to downtown and Luca Oil Stadium. Was nice to avoid heavy crowds and traffic. Located in a quiet and safe section of town. Easy side street parking with plenty of parking availability. Rental property was very clean with updated appliances and amenities. Very lovely and nice place to stay, high recommend! Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

This small garage has been remodeled and looks great inside. But i would recommend getting the walk way paved

Really nice place close to downtown. Was in town for the lions game with a group of buddies. All amenities were up to date, super clean, and the location is within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Communication with host went great. Would 100% stay here again if I was in town

The house was the perfect size for my daughters and me while we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the show and avoid parking fees and Ubers! Dennis was super quick when I had questions. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Got a few old college buddies together for a weekend away and Colts game. Place was great, location was superb and host was top notch. Minor issue with house being cleaned up when we arrived but Dennis took care of it quickly and all was great.

Had a great weekend! The house is located close to downtown/fountain square areas and very clean and luxurious.
