Hands down one of the best stays we’ve had! The home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities. The golf cart was a huge highlight and made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy. Everything about the stay felt effortless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Absolutely loved staying in this house! Beautifully updated, the home was exactly as listed. Very easy check in and had everything we could need! The property manager was quick to answer all questions! We have been coming to this community for 20 years and this is one of our most favorite homes we have stayed in. We will be booking with them again!

I suggest that you provide a golf cart map of everything you can drive to and the gate to Grand Boulevard and the beach tunnel.

Communication from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals is just always a text away and they check in with you during your stay also! Property was beautiful, but had roaches. also had a wet, moldy smell in the master closet. We entered on Friday at 4 pm got dressed went to beach. came back and slept. Saturday morning left around 5:45 am came back around 10 cooked had dinner, left , came back there were roaches in the kitchen, on the stove. after that we stated to notice them every where. I contacted the company on Sunday via text message. they offered to bring cans of bug spray out. I declined due to grand daughter's asthma. I told them that we would be leaving early next morning so that they could take care of it. Since then they have been hostile and angry that I feel that I should get some form of compensation.

2nd time we stayed in this house . Everything was clean both times bedding very comfortable . Golf cart just makes it so much easier to get to beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. We had a small issue but they resolved it immediately. Golf cart was wonderful to use back and forth. Would definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you!

We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

Our total experience from booking the property to arriving with my family exceeded our expectations! The home was very well-kept and very clean! Beautifully decorated with an updated feel! You won't be disappointed! Also, the golf cart is very well-kept and a nice touch to our vacation experience! We will miss the morning and evening golf cart rides around the property the most! The perfect piece of paradise with both a beach and bayside feel!
