➤ The property has the following systems installed for compliance with STRICT HOA and CITY noise regulations. If noise regulations are violated, your booking will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY without a refund and police will come to escort you out.**
- 2 outdoor cameras (one doorbell, one in backyard) that are monitored and recording at all times 24/7.
- A decibel noise detector outdoors (privacy friendly - no audio can be heard or recorded) to monitor and detect loud noises -- a.k.a. party detector.

★ RESPECTFUL GROUP GATHERINGS PERMITTED, WITH HOST APPROVAL★
Indoors, with all windows and doors closed, can sustain reasonably loud noises without problems. We want you to have a good time, just don’t bring the loud noises outside as to not disturb the neighbors. And of course, respect the home. Excess mess or damage will incur additional charges.
