Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Sunset Ridge. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. It is located in the convenient Davenport community of Sunset Ridge which is close to shopping at Posner Park, Advent Health emergency room, dining, local amenities and access to I4. Less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World and International Dr. Open kitchen where you can prepare meal for family and friends. This home comes with 2 master bedroom and a private bathroom, each bedroom comes with a King bed and a TV. The third bedroom comes with a Queen bedroom. The fourth will transport you back in time to Jurassic time and comes with 2 twin beds. Last but not least our last bedroom that comes with 2 twin beds and an exquisite safari decoration.
Large living room with a sectional to enjoy a movie night with the kiddos.

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
