Great house, great room

Where do it start! I paid for early check in and when i got there they were still cleaning the property. After the guy left the code I received for the door wasn’t valid, so we couldn’t get in. When we did get in. The Walls are dirty and black, the furniture was dirty. The clean thing was the kitchen and beds. We was supposed to have a projector over the pool . The screen was rusted out and broken and we couldn’t use it… all the patio furniture was dry rotted and broken . There was these alarms on the sliding door that went off every single time you opened the door with no way to temporarily turn them off, the washing machine did not work… it did not spin so it just soaked my clothes. So I have to go home with dirty clothes…The screen door was off the hinges.maintenance came but didn’t fix anything. The whole time I’ve been trying to communicate with the host and tropical escapees via phone and message and barely any responses… I called all day one day from open to close and no response, no answer. The house looks good from the pictures but it’s nothing like it seems. I do not recommend.

I booked this house for the size. We had 11 total in our group, including 4 children. The house was very spacious and accommodating to us all. The house is just as it's pictured on the website. Would definitely book this house again!

Had a very good stay. Check in was late due to party before us. Any problem was taken care of quickly.

Upon arrival, I didn’t receive any reservations details.We waited for three hours to get into the house. After checking in they said I would be kicked out if I didn’t sign the proper paper work. I didn’t get to enjoy my first night because I was uncomfortable. The grill didn’t work after paying for a propane tank. I wasted a tone of food because maintenance delayed repair of the grill until the day before we left. After the grill was still defective. Overall the team was delayed in response which diminished satisfaction.

Pros: Great location in neighborhood, good house layout and nice furniture. Cons: Arrived and the house was very dirty! There was blood on multiple doors and walls, hairballs on floor, the floor looked like it had never been mopped, dishwasher was broken, dish disposal had exploded, trash in yard, broken shower head lying on the sink etc. There also were zero hand towels, only 7 beach towels for a house that sleeps 12, no oven mitts and no pot to cook in. The bedding was also very sparse too (ie no duvet covers or blankets). I called the management company 4 days in a row, along with emailing them to let them know the issues, and they sent a maintenance person to fix the sink/dishwasher but every time they said they would send someone to clean and bring more towels/pot and that never happened. This house would be great if it was clean and the management company was responsive but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the dirtiness/broken things.

Good experience

This house was just okay. We did see a few uninvited guests (roaches). In addition, the parking for the neighborhood was very unfriendly with towing individuals not parked in the appropriate areas however there were insufficient areas to park. It would so be nice if the I garage had a game room. I don’t think I’ll be staying within this neighborhood in the future.
