    We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, well equipped, plenty of room for our family of 9, kids loved the pool/hot tub, nice landscaping, convenient location, etc. The check in was easy, and the staff very helpful every time we called. Also, appreciate the 4 bikes and beach wagon. Only problem we had was when garbage was picked up on Wednesday, they left garbage (dirty diapers and we have no babies) we had to pick up.

    We were able to check in 30 minutes early which we really appreciated. This was our second time staying at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Love the pool and enclosed patio. Backyard is very private. Kitchen is beautiful.

    We had a great stay at Gloucester for our spring break. The house was as described and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Having accessibility to the bikes was very convenient. We loved the development and the accessibility to the beach. Our only complaint was the communication with the rental company. They never mailed us our parking passes for our stay and the guard at the Shipyard was a bit frustrated with us when we arrived. He sent us to the rental company. Once arriving at the rental company the woman at the front desk seemed very confused as to why we were there. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

    This is our second time renting this house for our annual Special Olympics North American tennis/pickleball tournaments. The house generously accommodates all of our athletes that travel, is clean, allows us to be able to cook meals instead of eat out and is our favorite house we have stayed in. The check in process is easy, the company is quick to respond and is always helpful. We look forward to more stays at this house.

    This is our second year at 52 Gloucester. The size, comfort, location, cleanliness of home, pool and ease of reservation and check in and out process will bring us back next year. Our three generation group gave it a unanimous thumbs- up. We are 32 year veterans of family vacations on Hilton Head and we have stayed at least once in most areas. 52 Gloucester is among the best.

    We LOVED our stay. The house was perfect and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, and the pool lights and landscape lighting were so pretty; made swimming in the evenings a fun part of the trip. We debated on heating the spa since it was going to be warm, but are glad we did. We really enjoyed it in the evenings. The screened porch was a delight to have, we spent late nights/early mornings playing games and working puzzles. The extra amenities were so well thought out. Having bikes to enjoy riding around the trails that take you everywhere was appreciated as well as having some extras to take to the beach. We did use the bikes to get to the beach. It is walkable, takes some time though, so we mostly drove or rode bikes to the beach. Parking at beach is limited so going earlier in the morning or just after lunch made parking easier. No trouble though when we couldn’t find parking. We just drove and dropped off people/beach stuff and two of us took the car back to the house and then enjoyed a bike ride back to the beach. The beach that’s accessed from Shipyard is very nice with a great walkway with showers and restrooms, and there was a lifeguard. The location of the house to access grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants was great, close to everything. Also enjoyed some visitors at the house including deer, red shoulder hawks and a few golfers that went a little right of the course. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing it.
