Welcome to Vegas! This nearly 5000 sq. ft. two-story villa is perfect for large groups looking to enjoy their vacation. The decor is inspired by classic Italian design with modern touches.

Be entertained on the floor level with an open concept living room and entertainment room which includes a pool table. The bedrooms are located upstairs to allow peaceful, quiet sleep.

Only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!


This house is perfect for large groups or families thatlove to hangout and enjoy their time together. Our house can easily accommodate 12 people comfortably. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

• Bedroom 1: One (1) King Bed w/ 65 Smart TV
• Bedroom 2: One (1) King Bed
• Bedroom 3: One (1) Olympic Queen Bed w/ 55 Smart TV
• Bedroom 4: One (1) Queen Bed w/ 55 Smart TV
• Bedroom 5: Two (2) Full Beds w/55 Smart TV

• Four (4) full bathrooms; 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs


The house has all the amenities you would need for your entire stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy delicious meals and drinks with your family and friends. Some kitchen amenities include a blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, shot glasses and of course, a coffee maker.

There is no shortage for entertainment when in Vegas! The entertainment room includes:

• Pool
• Pool table
• Bar for your favorite drinks
• and plenty more fun!

In the main living room, you will find board games for your group to play and a 65 Roku TV if you'd prefer to unwind and relax a bit. The house has 500 MBPS internet speed to be able to stream without any interruptions!

It wouldn't be a Vegas trip without the outdoors. Outdoor you will find the following:

• Pool (heating NOT available)
• BBQ grill
• Corn hole game
• Patio furniture
• Fire pit

The backyard is fully enclosed so perfectly safe for children and/or pets. Pets are welcome, but require an additional $150 fee.

Pool maintenance occurs every Thursday morning so please allow the pool cleaner to perform their quick routine pool maintenance.
