What a home! It was an outstanding historic layout and sooo much room for all of us. Loved the huge gated parking area.

The home was amazing! Unfortunately, we had an extremely difficult time accessing the drive way from the alley that was not drivable due to snow. Instead of the host accommodating us (out of town guests), we had to pay someone to plow. The host simply informed us that it was a City issue and they could do nothing about it. Disappointing.

Beautiful home. Great location. Old house definitely struggled with the cold. Lower floors never got above 62. Other than that, looking forward to visiting again.

The space was huge, beautiful, and very clean. Host was always available and friendly. We had 18 people staying and we did not feel packed on top of one another. There was space for all. Highly recommend this property for an Indy stay. We had a wonderful experience.

The house was incredible, really a spectacular space and great for our group. It's redone well and has everything you could want and more. The host was excellent, everything was very easy.

Historic Fletcher Place was a beautiful property with updated amenities inside a 1870s home. There were numerous nearby restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Our host was helpful and communicative, and our group had a wonderful marathon weekend in Indianapolis, seeing the sights and running a fun race.

We had a wonderful stay at the Historical Fletcher Place. Everything we needed and more was available. The home is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great with really good showers. The home was VERY clean…not even a dust bunny. Dennis communicated quickly and provided clear details about everything we would need.

The home is quite beautiful and accommodated well. The location is great if you are attending any activity in downtown Indianapolis. Additionally, the host was easy to communicate with and fast to respond when we had a question. Overall - I would highly recommend this property!

This is a huge house that was perfect for accommodating a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The location is awesome and we were able to walk or take a quick uber everywhere. Definitely would recommend this house!!

We stayed as a mini-family reunion, and found this place absolutely lovely. Comfortable beds and a truly gorgeous restored historic home, with lots of neat details that highlighted it's history and Indianapolis's funky style. Host was gracious, helpful and responsive. We had a minor issue with a neighboring rental and he dealt with it quickly and professionally. Lots of nearby opportunities for entertainment and dining...but getting out to those places would have required us to peel the kids out of the very cool loft/hangout on the third floor. Maybe next time!We had a great stay, and would return. Tons of happy family memories in a terrific location!

Great property.

We loved staying at Fletcher Place. Lots of different people visiting us over the weekend always wanted a house tour. Each bedroom had a bathroom! The kitchen stove/grill made cooking for our big group fun. The 2 refrigerators were very nice. Loved having the gym and office area in the back to use for some wedding item storage and DIY projects. The host even provided me an extra small kitchen appliance when I requested it. My only minor complaint would be the outside trash cans were too full for our trash. And when I remodel my own kitchen it won’t have a touchless faucet lol

543 Fletcher is beautifully remodeled giving guests upgraded amenities and classic and comfortable design. Everyone had there own bedroom and ensuite bath. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and we played games and visited comfortably in the gorgeous living and dining room. Loved having the gatesd parking area

Beautiful and luxurious. We had a great time at this property and had everything we needed. Great location in proximity to all of the downtown amenities. Great sushi just down the street!

Great house and plan to stay again next year. Very walkable to downtown Indy! The description is accurate for the number of bedrooms…but know the “bedroom” with three double beds is the Third floor and not a true bedroom. Overall great place and will be back.

Charming. Elegant. Comfortable. Convenient. This property has everything we wanted and more. Will book it every time we come to Indy.

Visiting Indianapolis with family and when looking for a place to stay for grandparents, kids and parents this was the perfect spot. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and a large kitchen and dining room for us to gather while in town. The kids loved the game room in the 3rd floor and it was a gear place to relax after exploring the city.

Property was as described with room for all of us. Having 5 bedrooms all with their own bath was a hit and plenty of room for our kids and grands. And the weather was cold, but we stayed warm in the house.

We love this place. It is in a cool neighborhood located very close to all that Indy has to offer. It is very clean and has great spaces to hang out. The property manager is easy to get ahold of and address any issues. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything about this home is exceptional. We stayed with our girls for Taylor Swift concert and we knew the stadium was close but concerned about the safety of the walk. It was amazing, beautiful neighborhood with a bike path to easily walk to Lucas oil, restaurants and bars. The historic home was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave.

This house grately exceeded our expectations! We were a group of five long-time friends living in different parts of the country and have a virtual book club. We make an effort to meet in person once a year to “catch up” and enjoy leisurely discussions while relaxing and exploring new places. The Fletcher home was perfect in that we had multiple comfortable places to gather, a wonderful kitchen and dining area and cute little porch. We each enjoyed our own sleeping room and bathroom, that were complete with Cozy beds, beautiful bathrooms, ample storage, chairs and tv. We felt very safe. The neighborhood was easy to navigate, close to a variety of venues and easy freeway access. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The stairs to the second and third levels are steep and were difficult to navigate for one person in our group, but she slept in the first floor room so problems avoided. Just a couple points- the iron did not work, we could not determine if the alarm system actually worked, and the tv remote was missing from the 2nd floor room across from third floor stairs. The kitchen had salt/pepper and sugar for coffee - but no other spices so one needs to bring their own if planning to cook (and kitchen is great for cooking!!). It would be really helpful if each bedroom had some sort of bedside light (there are just overhead lights) so reading in bed was difficult. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would love to return! Thank you!

This house is everything advertised. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Locaion to almost everything. Is walkable. Attention to detail was fabulous.

The house was great for our needs - we were in town for a conference and had a group of women and the house was the perfect solution!

Our group of 5 loved this historic house. It was nice that each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas in the house provided us with plenty of space. The house was very clean and taken care of. We also liked the neighborhood and the ability to walk to different restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property and wonderful location. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium every day of our stay and any time of day without concern. Loved the fenced in parking and the decorating of the home was elegant but cozy. Had a couple of quirky things come up concerning the security system and the electrical in the kitchen but each item was handled quickly by the property owner who responded promptly and always spoke courteously. Would definitely stay here again if in Indy.
