Stayed Oct 2, 2025Wayzata is a lovely spot and this house is ideally situated. No need for a car rental or Uber/Lyft. We got our steps in and saved some money doing so. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options. The local gift shopping is quite pricey, only a couple of affordable shops. For example, 500 for a simple shift dress is a bit out of any of our price ranges.The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. A variety of snacks were left for us which was a nice touch.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The house was clean and picked up. Incredible location and a super polite host.Unfortunately, the home layout was odd. The main floors only have one bathroom and the second is in an unfinished basement that requires you to walk down in the dark. I had to kill 4 spiders before starting the shower. Also, there is no dishwasher.The location really is the best so if that is your first priority, this could be the perfect house for you!

Stayed Jun 3, 2025Beautiful property right down the street from downtown Wayzata. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck in the mornings and evenings. Walked to the lake each day and around Wayzata. Great location!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We hosted a wedding at a nearby establishment. It was close enough for our family of 7 to walk to the events of the weekend. A place to get away and take a break when needed! The snacks were a hit! I was unprepared for the train but it didn’t interrupt sleep.
