HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Nothing was left unthought of, very comfortable and homey. We loved the upgrades to the kitchen and new flooring, beautiful. Our only wish for our next visit would to be closer to the beach, but this location is convenient to several restaurants and attractions, while feeling peaceful and secluded.

The kitchen was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, towels and beach chairs were provided. There is a trolly that drops you right at the beach which was a great spot for food, bathrooms etc. We also had access to a pool that was a short walk from the house. The home was set in a very peaceful, wooded neighborhood. We had a party of five and each had their own private bedroom/bathroom combo. Will be looking to stay here again, or another Beverly Serral property.

The welcome package was such a nice touch, and there were even treats for our dog! It was the first time we rented a Beverly Serral house, and we found the decor, attention to detail and overall cleanliness impressive.

    Our family had an amazing time. The home was clean, beautiful and very accommodating for our group. My kids enjoyed bike riding, walks on the beach and trials. The weather was not the best but we made it work! Can’t wait to visit again!!

    This was the cleanest and most organized home we have rented, and we have rented many throughout the years! The living room furnishings were beautiful and extremely comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything necessary and all was in like new condition, and the location was very convenient. Recommend replacing the mattresses, though. Way too soft, to the point of sinking ( especially the King and Full sizes). The twins were acceptable but not great. We would not rent this unit again unless the mattresses were updated and firmer. We could not sleep well. Second recommendation would be to have the patio and patio furniture cleaned before arrival. The landscaper showed up a couple of days into our stay and used the blower, but would have been nice to have a clean patio upon arrival. Thirdly, we would have liked to open the windows in the dining area to allow the beautiful cool breezes and fresh air in, however the screens are filled with webs/dead bugs so we didn’t open them. A screen for the slider patio door would have been nice instead, but no screen present. It is a very perfect house in every other way!
