5 STARS!! VIEWS! Long Range Views! Luxury but Rustic Mountain Home! @ 2700 ft!

Beautiful house with magnificent views of the fall colors. Host was also very accommodating to our early arrival on day 1.

Host was very prompt in answering questions. View from the home is amazing. We were visiting at Christmas time and while it was chilly the deck is very nicely laid out to block the breeze.

Stayed at this amazing property for the Georgia Mountain Fall Festival 2nd week. Had my wife, daughter, daughter’s nurse, & our dog. House was amazing from the unlimited firewood, the calming waterfall/bubbling brook that ran underneath the ramp entrance to the front door, and then there’s the 2,700 ft elevation entry way that open up to views for miles down to and across the lake. Everyone had a perfect view no matter where you were in the house. Every evening & again in the morning, we were visited by deer & turkeys that would come up into the backyard or adjoining properties to eat off some corn from a pvc pipe tied to a tree or pick thru the grass. The whole house has massive bedrooms & huge bathrooms connected to each. We truly enjoyed the wrap around balconies that connect the top floor bedrooms & the dining/kitchen on the main floor. I’d say our number one thing was staying in a place that literally was at or above the clouds and the peace/serenity that came along with it.

The paved roads were a dream to travel on up to the house. The house had everything you needed to be comfortable.The doors had a castle feel. Check-in was easy. Wi fi worked great. Lots of room for being together or alone.

The home was comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Each bedroom has its own very large bathroom. The views were great and the location is convenient to the marina, fairgrounds and many restaurants.

Comfortable home and beds

Our family enjoyed this wonderful house. Nicely decorated with just the perfect amount of rustic for the mountains. The location was great and it was easy to get to hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery store. Host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

First, kudos to our host Jack who made us feel welcomed and made check in and check out a breeze! The house was perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms have great views and are very comfortable. The views form the main room, bedrooms, and the two decks were absolutely amazing. Yes, our New Years Eve trip was cold but the house fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and our good supply of jackets kept us warm. We loved being in the house so much we only left once during our 3 day stay and that was for a New Year's Eve Dinner at the Copper Door (highly recommend this restaurant)! Hope to make this trip again someday! Truly a 5 star experience.

Wonderful view and a very quiet location!

We absolutely loved our November 2024 mini getaway. The home is absolutely stunning (photos don't give it justice) and in a prime location with nearby tourist towns. My three children are teenagers, and they're ready to go back.It's perfect for older children.

Stunning house with exceptional mountain views.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Beautiful home with great views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable and great accommodations with a large great room, 2 balconies and large kitchen. Will definitely stay here again. Jack is a gracious host.

This place is awesome. Perfect layout. Three friends stayed for the annual Dailey and Vincent Music Festival at the North Georgia Fairgrounds. The house is very convenient to the venue site. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is awesome for friends. The kitchen has everything you need and is laid out smartly. The views from the two decks off the bedrooms or kitchen are amazing. Very peaceful and safe area. Highly recommend this place. The owner reached out ahead of time before arrival and departure. We didn’t need anything but I am confident he would be there for anyone if they needed assistance or to answer any questions. Wish all VRBO home owners were like him. The beds were very comfy and the shower in the master where I stayed was huge and relaxing. Again, totally recommend this place.

My family's first vist to the north Georgia mountains was greatly enhanced by the incredible accommodation that we enjoyed.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home! First it is the perfect location to visit many of the surrounding little towns, Blue Ridge, Helen and Clayton, all within an hours drive to wineries and waterfalls. The house is very large with plenty of room for all to spread out. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked with paper goods. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, including basic spices, starter coffee, dish detergent and paper towels. Favorite part of the house was the back deck for eating, drinking wine and watching the sunrise and sunset. Jack was the perfect host, would definitely book this again next time we are in the area.
