    A group of us stayed for Ultra weekend. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was very nice to all have our own bathrooms. A great hangout location!

    We were deeply disappointed with this stay. The online description claimed the apartment was 3,900 sq. ft., but in reality, it is no more than 2,500 sq. ft.—a significant and misleading discrepancy. Upon arrival, it was clear the place had been cleaned in a rush. Both outdoor areas were filthy and completely unusable unless we cleaned them ourselves, which is not what anyone expects on vacation.Inside the apartment, cleaning supplies like a broom and mop were left leaning against a wall in the kitchen and guest bathroom. An ironing table was also left open, giving the impression that the space wasn’t prepared to welcome guests properly.On the positive side, the apartment is in an excellent location, and the complex itself is well-maintained. However, the lack of care, inaccurate description, and inability to use the outdoor areas (due to poor maintenance) ruined what could have been a much better experience. This was not the vacation we hoped for, and we would not stay here again.

    The property was clean and the location was perfect for us. There are about 50 stairs in the unit. To keep the bedroom on the top floor cool, you had to really lower the thermostat, which made everyone on lower floors cold. The rain shower heads have very little pressure. My biggest problem was that the internet was out for almost a day. We worked with the building manager and Comcast to fix the problem. Once Comcast completed their work, there was no notification from the building manager until I contacted them. The manager texted that everything was fixed. The system still would not work, so I contacted the manager again. Unfortunately, the building manager indicated that he/she got off at 3 pm and was on the way to Key West and I would have to reset the router to get the system working. This meant climbing under a table and working with frayed wires to troubleshoot the problem myself. This is not what I expected from a Premier listing that prides itself on great communication.

    The place was clean. Check In was easy. Communication with the owner was easy. No issues. All the units are used as vacation rentals. There is some minor wear and tear. The unit suited our needs and was quiet at night. I would rent the unit again, if needed.
