5 Star Home w/Private Beach & Pool Frangista Beach is close to everything!

We loved the house and the neighborhood but were disappointed in the distance of the beach and how crowded it was. We were under the impression that the gate was in the neighborhood and just for the neighborhood especially since it said it was a private beach. We did not know we would have to cross a busy street and that so many other people would have access to the beach. It was very crowded and it was a good thing we rented the beach umbrella and chairs or we would have never been able to sit and see the ocean. The walk was not bad for the adults and the bigger kids but it was alot when you have toddlers and babies.

The property was excellent! It was well stocked with everything you would want! The host was great! We would definitely stay there again! The location was great! Our littles lived the pool! It was a family vacation and was the best ever! Lisa was so easy to work with!

From booking to checkout, we had the perfect stay. The house was perfect for our large family, including 2 small children. Kitchen well stocked and the beach gear and towels provided was greatly appreciated! We have stayed in Miramar Beach before and loved returning as the beach isn’t too crowded and theres shops and dining within walking distance. Communication and hospitality of the owners was excellent! Will definitely book this property again in the future.

The home has provided everything we needed for a week with 15 family members. ( even extra supplies). The layout was perfect, making our stay comfortable and secure. The location was a bit busier than expected (Memorial Day weekend), but parking space and quiet wasn’t an issue. Thank you for sharing your home!

House just as advertised. Nice location, couple minute walk to the beautiful beach. All the beach equipment provided by the owners.House clean, everything functional, no problems with anything, nicely decorated and well stocked with kitchen supplies.Some good walking distance restaurants and local shops. Would certainly recommend to friends. Excellent commnication with owners

We had a group of 6 adults and 9 kids ranging from 9- infant. This house had plenty of space for us and all the amenities we needed! All the provided beach gear saved us lots of packing!

The house was perfect for our family of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. My kids ages 7 and 9 absolutely loved the game room and pool. They spent most of their time there. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and there also plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, chairs and toys for the kids. They obviously had families in mind with the house. Lisa was very responsive as well. We enjoyed everything and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is hands down the most accommodating home I have ever stayed in. There is nothing the owners have not thought of to make it a perfect place to stay. Everything they list in the advertisement met the mark for us. Quality furnishings, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable bedding, nice pool, etc. Exceptional spot.

We had a wonderful vacation in Destin. The house was perfect for us and as advertised with plenty of room. Communication with owners was great. Easy walk to beach. The wagons, chairs and umbrellas provided really made our time at the beach relaxing. Nice to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Weather was perfect. Just a wonderful rental and area!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to get early check in which was great. Everything was what I was expecting. No major issues, possibly going to look at staying here again in the future.

This is an amazing home! We loved everything about our stay here. The house is stocked with anything needed to enjoy a wonderful week at the beach. Our host Lisa is so thoughtful, kind and extremely hospitable.

The beach house was absolutely gorgeous! It accommodated our group of 14 family members perfectly. Great communication with the owners. I would highly recommend!

Pat and Lisa really thought of everything you didn’t realize you needed or you forgot. Lisa was quick to respond to all correspondence. The home accommodated a lot. Loved having private baths for the bedrooms. Good size rooms. Pool and outdoor area was nice and larger than a lot of others in the area. Let bed that it was on a corner lot. Easy walk to the private beach. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware.

We had a fantastic trip down to Miramar Beach while staying at this home. Everything was well kept. Kitchen and other supplies were well stocked. Easy access to the beaches and restaurants. Pool and large outdoor area along with grill really nice to have as well. We will be back!

The home was amazing

We had a wonderful stay , house and owner were exceptional. The street the house was on however was very busy with traffic . Workers working on other houses and parked in the road made the walk to the beach difficult. Sidewalks would be helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, the only downside was that the beach access was a bit of a haul. While the property itself was amazing, getting to the beach required a longer walk or drive than we anticipated. It would be great if there were easier access to the beach, especially for families with young children or elderly guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again, as long as the beach access is improved.

We had a large group of 7 adults & 9 kids, so we were curious to see how this would turn out. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of rooms/beds for everyone. The WiFi was great, but the kids enjoyed the arcade games too. The walk is about 2 blocks from the beach, so pretty close with wagons. The beach was clean, smooth white sand, and clear blue water 150 yards out. The pool at the house was just enough for the kids to relax in the afternoon while the adults made dinner. Overall, everyone agreed that we will be doing this trip again in a couple years. I’ll be reaching out to the owner, Lisa, too cause she was a delight to communicate with.
