Well-furnished holiday cottage that offers everything the heart desires in activities and opportunities for expression. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide and counter-current system, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day it is nice to slip into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into the activity room where you can play a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation3 and flat screen are installed in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built with 2 separate sleeping sections. Each department has a bathroom and there is a second bathroom in the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, each with shower and heated floors. All 6 bedrooms and mezzanine have box springs. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with stereo with CD player, flat-screen TV, high chair for the youngest, lounge area and wood-burning stove. Outside there is a sandbox and swings for the children. Large, open terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. The house is located on a large plot approx. 500 metres from the ocean. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
