Extra care has been taken with the design of the large kitchen-dining room, which serves as the focal point of the house with a fully equipped XL kitchen with 2 ovens and2 dishwashers, a long, beautiful mahogany dining table with room for everyone, and a comfortable sofa area with a wood-burning stove. There is plenty of opportunity for cozy get-togethers and good meals here. The activity room, which is connected to the kitchen-dining area, offers plenty of fun. There is billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, as well as a bar where you can enjoy refreshments while competing in the many games. In addition, you can also relax in the lounge furniture in the activity room, perhaps with a movie, providing a perfect balance between activity and relaxation. The house has its own pool area where you can swim and play for hours, with room for both big and small kids. Outside, you'll find a wellness area with a small covered wooden terrace, sauna, outdoor spa, and outdoor shower where you can chill out under the open sky.
