Well-appointed holiday cottage that offers everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day, it's nice to slip into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into the activity room where you can play a game of darts or billiards at the pooltable. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation3 and PlayStation4 and flat screen installed in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built up with 2 separate sleeping sections. Each section has a bathroom and there is a second bathroom in the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, each with shower and heated floors. All 6 bedrooms and mezzanine have box springs. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with stereo with CD player, flat-screen TV, high chair for the youngest, lounge area and wood-burning stove. Outside there is a sandbox and swings for the children. Large, open terrace and covered terrace. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
