No expense has been spared in this beautiful vacation home. The vacation home was designed by an architect and is stylishly furnished with beautiful furniture and large, bright rooms. The cottage is located in a nice cottage area in Marielyst. Marielyst is known for its lovely beach and its cozy town life with many different cafes, ice cream kiosks, and shops. This is a vacation town that, especially in the summer, exudes life and happy days. The cottage has many different facilities. The ultimate favorite activity for guests is a swim in the 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps. In the bubbling hot tub and the fine sauna, you can experience the full feeling of well-being and self-indulgence. It doesn't get much more relaxing than this. They say that time flies when you're having fun – and you'll especially experience that in this summer house. There is an activity room with a combined billiards and table tennis table, table football, darts, and PlayStation 4. There is also a sofa group and a bar, so there are plenty of opportunities to relax while watching the games. The cottage can accommodate 16 guests. There are six double bedrooms, two of which have TVs. The remaining four beds are in the loft, which is usually a popular place for children and young people to sleep. The kitchen-dining area is cozy, yet bright and inviting with a skylight and large windows. The kitchen has two ovens, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, so there is plenty of room for all your delicious food. The long dining table overlooks the pool area, so the kitchen-dining room connects the cottage and allows you all to be together, even if you are doing different things. In total, the pool house has three bathrooms. On the terrace, you can relax in the sun or grill a good steak. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves and enjoy the Danish weather. Outside, you will also find a socket for an electric car. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
